How does kelp sequester carbon?
The Kelp Forest Foundation wanted to communicate the role kelp forests may play in carbon cycling in a way that felt clear, engaging and scientifically grounded. I developed the script, visual concept, illustrations and animation for a two-minute explainer.
Beyond the animation
The project also included illustrated infographics showing kelp carbon pathways in more detail.
